Microblading Course

Manual hair-stroke microblading is drawn, not machined: a hand-held blade places fine, crisp strokes that follow a mapped brow. This course takes you from symmetry and skin assessment through blade control and stroke patterns to confident pigment placement.

Plate 02 · Overview

A course built on the hand, the blade and the map

Microblading rewards patience and precision. Each stroke is set by hand, so the artist controls angle, pressure and spacing in real time. Our training treats that control as a drafting skill: you map first, plan the stroke direction, then build the brow line by line.

Plate 02 · Course Structure

The Construction Sequence

Five stages, taught in the order a microbladed brow is built.

01

Brow Mapping & Symmetry

Measuring start, arch and tail points against facial structure so both brows share one plan. Go deeper with the Brow Mapping Guide.

02

Skin & Hair-Stroke Direction

Reading skin texture and natural hair growth, then drawing a stroke-direction plan before the blade touches skin.

03

Blade Handling & Stroke Patterns

Holding the tool, stretching the skin and practising consistent angle and pressure across front, body and tail patterns.

04

Pigment Placement

Choosing shades with undertone in mind and placing pigment evenly within each stroke for clean, defined lines.

05

Refining Your Practice

Consultation, hygiene and workstation set-up, aftercare guidance and reviewing your own strokes with a critical eye.

Plate 02 · Skin

Skin considerations

Hand-drawn strokes behave differently on different skin. Knowing when microblading suits a client, and when another technique may serve them better, is part of the craft.

Skin type

How oilier, drier and more sensitive skin can affect stroke crispness, and why some clients are better suited to powder/ombre brows or nano brows.

Consultation & healing

Structuring a thorough client consultation, explaining the healing process clearly and giving practical aftercare guidance for each appointment.

Plate 02 · Trainers & Format

Taught stroke by stroke

Our trainers teach microblading the way it is performed: demonstrate, observe, correct, repeat. Feedback focuses on the fundamentals that decide a result, including mapping accuracy, stroke direction and consistent depth. Meet the team and their teaching approach on Our Trainers.

Duration, format & inclusions

Course duration, training format, what is included and fees for each intake are confirmed with you directly when you enquire or enrol, so you always have current details for the course you choose.

Student work

Genuine student brow results are collected in the Student Work Gallery.
