Our Trainers

A brow is learned the way a drawing is learned: by watching a steady hand, then picking up the pencil yourself. Our trainers teach eyebrow feathering, microblading and cosmetic tattoo as a measured craft. They start with mapping and move to strokes and shading only when the plan on the face is sound.

SHEET A · TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Measure first, then draw

Every trainer at the academy works from the same idea. A good result begins with understanding the face in front of you. Symmetry, skin and natural hair direction come before technique. Students learn to explain why a brow is shaped the way it is, not just copy a shape they have seen.

A.1  Foundations before flourish
Brow mapping and symmetry come before any hair stroke or shading.
A.2  Demonstrate, then guide
Trainers show each step at working distance, then correct your hand as you practise.
A.3  Read the skin, not the trend
Technique is chosen to suit the client’s skin and brow hair, not what is fashionable.
A.4  Clear, honest critique
Feedback points to the line, the spacing or the pressure, so you know exactly what to change.

SHEET B · HOW A LESSON IS DRAWN

From demonstration to your own hand

Whichever course you take, our trainers teach each new skill in the same order. You always know where you are on the sheet and what comes next.

i.

Observe

The trainer maps and works through the technique step by step, explaining each measurement and tool choice as they go.

ii.

Map

You draw the guide lines yourself: centre axis, start, arch and tail. The trainer checks them before you move on.

iii.

Practise

You repeat strokes or shading on practice surfaces while the trainer watches your angle, depth and rhythm.

iv.

Review

Together you look at the finished work line by line, so the next attempt is more even and more deliberate.
