PLATES 01–07 · COURSE FOLIO

Brow & Cosmetic Tattoo Courses, Drawn Plate by Plate

Seven courses, one discipline. Every brow starts with mapping, symmetry and a clear understanding of skin, hair direction and pigment. From there, the techniques go different ways. This folio sets out each course so you can see where you fit, then enquire about the one that suits your goals.

PLATE 00 · BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

A Practical Checklist for Choosing Your Course

i.   Decide which brow finish you want to offer: crisp hair strokes, soft shading, or both.

ii.   Think about your tools. Do you prefer a manual hand tool or a machine?

iii.   Be honest about where you are now: starting out, or already practising and ready to refine.

iv.   Look at student work in the style you want to create.

v.   Before you enrol, ask about format, dates and what’s included.

SIDE BY SIDE

Comparing the Three Groups

PLATES 01 · 02 · 03

Hair-Stroke

Best if you want to create fine, natural-looking strokes that follow the direction of real brow hair. Feathering and microblading work by hand. Nano brows use a machine for the same look. Stroke placement depends on precise mapping and reading the skin.

PLATES 04 · 05

Shaded

Best if you want to create a soft, filled brow. Powder and ombre brows build tone gradually, with a lighter front fading into a defined tail. Combination brows add hair strokes to that shading for texture and depth.

PLATES 06 · 07

Complete & Advanced

The Cosmetic Tattoo Eyebrow Course suits students who want a broad grounding in brow tattooing. Advanced Brow Training is for practising artists who want to sharpen their mapping, stroke work and shading.
