Eyebrow Feathering Course Australia respects the privacy of everyone who enquires about our eyebrow feathering, microblading and cosmetic tattoo courses. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, how it is stored and how you can ask to see or change it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information We Collect
We collect the personal information you choose to give us when you send an enquiry or enrolment request through our contact form or the Enquire / Enrol page, for example about the Eyebrow Feathering Course or Microblading Course. The form asks for:

OPTIONAL Phone, Location, Subject, Budget and Timeframe
You can leave the optional fields blank. If you fill them in, we use your location, budget and timeframe only to talk with you about suitable courses. Please do not include health information, identity documents or payment details in a message.
CLAUSE 02
How We Use Your Information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable courses and manage any enrolment you ask us to begin. Submitting the form does not add you to an automated marketing list, and the website does not process payments. We do not sell or rent personal information. We only share it where you have agreed, or where Australian law requires us to.
CLAUSE 03
Storage and Security
Your enquiry is stored privately within this website’s WordPress installation, where only authorised academy staff can see it. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. When we no longer need an enquiry to answer you or manage an enrolment, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
CLAUSE 04
Student Work Images
Photos only appear in the Student Work Gallery when the student who did the work agrees, and when any model shown has given permission. Photos that could identify someone are left out unless that person has agreed to be shown. If you want a photo of you or your work removed, ask through the contact page and we will take it down.
CLAUSE 05
Cookies and Website Data
Like most websites, this site can set cookies that help pages load and forms work, and the server may keep technical logs such as browser type and pages requested. We use this information only to keep the site, its course pages, its training resources and the enquiry form secure and working. If we use an analytics tool, we will only review aggregated information that does not identify you, and we will update this policy to say so. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, although some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

Access, Correction and Complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your enquiry deleted.
